On June 17, the second Youth Peace Summit opened in The Hague. Among the key-note speakers was Dr. Felipe Paulier, Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs at the United Nations. In a brief video he set out his vision for youth involvement in peace and peace action and he welcomed all participants at the Youth Peace Summit.
