Youth Peace Summit 2027
Developments of Youth Peace Summit 2027 are already in full swing! We started our first brainstorms already in April 2026, more than a year before the Summit will take place!
The tentative dates for Youth Peace Summit 2027 are 16-18 June 2027 in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Organisational cycle
Together with our team, we set up the Youth Peace Summit timeline as a recurring cycle, in which we develop and evaluate our programme bit by bit. The elements of this cycle last some 2/3 months and are connected by an intervision moment. The various teams meet frequently throughout the Summit’s preparation.
Reflection and Evaluation (June up to August)
During this phase, reflections and evaluations are analysed and disseminated, making sure the right lessons are drawn from the Summit.
Orientation and Brainstorming (August up to November)
During this face we set the different teams and set action plans for volunteers to fulfill.
The Summit dates, venue and key Platform team is also given shape.
Development (November up to January)
The teams develop all reflections, brainstorms and further ideas into a workable plan.
Implementation (January up to April 2027)
The team plans are implemented. The registration of the Youth Peace Summit 2027 opens. This also includes the creation of the programme and solidifying partnerships, but also the creation of evaluation surveys, setting logistical details, optimalising our PR and selecting and training our mentors.
Througout this phase there’s consistent contact within and among the various teams.
Final Sprint (May up to June 2027)
The Final sprint wraps up based all preceding work: materials are purchased, cooperations are now fully set. Registrations close and we have a clear overview of the SUmmit, its outlines
Reflection and Evaluation (June up to August 2027)
Getting back to our starting point, during this phase we reflect on the previous summit: what went well, what could be improved? We also have time for well-earned relaxation and a peaceful summer break!
