The Youth Peace Summit is run by a team of more than 30 voluntary , students, partners and youngsters interested in peace and justice. Together we set the outlines of the Youth Peace Summit and Youth Peace Network programme. We do this in the teams outlined below.

You can also apply to become team lead. Those interesting in taking a leading postition are asked to apply with a motivation of some 250 w. They will also be invited for an interview.
- Management/ Platform Team – represented by the leads of every team.
- Finance and Fundraising – keeps overview on budgets, and explorers fundraising opportunities.
- Programme Team – supervising the creation of the Youth Peace Summit Programme.
- PR & Comms – responsible for external outreach and social media .
- Mentor Team – selects and facilitates supervision and training to the mentors
- Logistics team – responsible for contact with the venue, catering, our hosting programme and making sure all functions and works smoothly!
- Participants & Well Being – responsible for the registration of, communication with and the well-being of the participants of the Youth Peace Summit.
- Charter Team – Sees to the implementation of the Youth Peace Charter.
- Impact Team – Gathers, processes, analyses and disseminated data relevant for Youth Peace Summit and Youth Peace Network partners, donors, participants and more.
- Management/ Platform Team – represented by the leads of the various teams. In charge of daily affairs and organisational decision making.
