During the Youth Peace Summit, we aim to receive 150 participant to The Hague for a period of three days. We also invite participants from abroad. We ask Rotary members from in and around The Hague to make their homes available to receive one, or two Youth Peace Summit participants.
As a host, you supply sleeping space in a closable room for a period of 5 days from June 16 to 20, covering the three days of the Youth Peace Summit. Is it not possible to host for a full five days? Please let us know in the form by clicking the button below.
Can you offer more than a stay? Please also make a note of this in the form! For example:
- Driving the participant from and to the venue?
- A bicycle to lend?
- A pickup from an airport or train station? Please let us know!
Conditions for this:
- Host are expected to host participants for the period 16 – 20 June. If this does not work for you – please note so in the Form below.
- As a host, you offer at least a place to stay, and breakfast for the day of the participants’ stay. Lunch and dinner are included in the Youth Peace Summits programme.
- Hosts are able to note special requests on their form with regards to the dates the partipants arrive or depart.
Hosts are very welcome to attend the reception/ afterparty of the Youth Peace Summit at The Hague University of Applied Sciences on June 19 – the exact time and location tba.
